Tickets for our events are sold via trusted partners, including Niltoni Creative Ltd and Assembly Box Office Ltd. When purchasing tickets, you are entering into an agreement with the relevant Ticketing Partner, whose terms and conditions will apply. We encourage all customers to review the full terms below.

▶ 1. Who We Are
Niltoni Entertainment Ltd is a theatrical production company responsible for the creation and delivery of performances, events, and educational experiences.
We work in partnership with venues and ticketing providers to present our productions.
▶ 2. Ticketing & Box Office
Tickets for our events are sold and managed by third-party Ticketing Partners.
These may include:

Assembly Rooms Box Office

Niltoni Box Office
Important:

Your ticket purchase is a contract with the Ticketing Partner, not Niltoni Entertainment Ltd

Each Ticketing Partner has its own terms, fees, and policies

These are agreed to at the point of purchase

Ticket prices, booking fees, and payment processing are set by the Ticketing Partner and/or Venue

Niltoni Entertainment Ltd does not control third-party transaction fees
▶ 4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are handled by the Ticketing Partner

Policies vary depending on the provider
In the event of cancellation or significant change, the applicable Ticketing Partner’s policy will apply.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

Programme content

Running times
These changes do not normally qualify for a refund unless required by law.
▶ 6. Admission & Venue Policies

Entry is subject to a valid ticket and venue conditions

Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for safety or disruption
▶ 7. Workshops & Education
Where events include workshops or educational activity:

Schools and group leaders are responsible for supervision

Appropriate safeguarding and risk management procedures are in place

Activities are designed to support curriculum-based learning
▶ 8. Intellectual Property
All performances, scripts, music, and creative materials remain the property of Niltoni Entertainment Ltd or its licensors.
Recording or reproduction is not permitted without prior written consent.
▶ 9. Photography & Filming
Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of such material unless you request otherwise where appropriate.
▶ 10. Liability
Niltoni Entertainment Ltd is not responsible for:

Ticketing transactions handled by third parties

Travel or accommodation costs

Disruptions outside our control
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

We are committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
This is particularly relevant for education programmes delivered with NEACE CIC.
